Realti Intel is operated by Realti Intel Inc., a Massachusetts company. We provide a real estate intelligence platform built for licensed real estate agents in Massachusetts. Our platform delivers live MLS data, market scoring, and client-ready insights to help agents price, position, and advise with precision.

Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use our site.
Information you provide:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Primary real estate market (city or town)
- How you heard about Realti Intel (optional)
Information collected automatically:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Browser type and device type
- Referring website or source
- Clicks, scrolls, and general interaction patterns
- IP address (used for geographic analytics only, not stored long-term)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your waitlist request and confirm your founding member status
- Notify you when your requested market becomes available
- Send onboarding and product update emails
- Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- Communicate pricing, feature, and launch updates
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising on other platforms.
Email Communications
When you submit your information through our waitlist form, you are opting in to receive emails from Realti Intel. These emails include your confirmation, market availability updates, onboarding information, and occasional product news.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails (such as account or billing confirmations) cannot be unsubscribed from while you are an active subscriber.
We use ConvertKit to manage our email list. Your name and email address are stored in ConvertKit's systems. You can review ConvertKit's privacy policy at convertkit.com/privacy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and general interaction patterns.
Microsoft Clarity may record session replays and generate heatmaps of how visitors interact with our pages. This data is anonymized and used only to improve our site experience. No personally identifiable information is captured through session recordings.
