Real estate data has always existed. Intelligence hasn't.
We built the thing we always wanted to have.
Every week in MetroWest Massachusetts, talented agents were walking into listing appointments carrying the same information their clients already had. Zillow estimates. Redfin trends. A handful of comps pulled from the MLS that morning.
Meanwhile, institutional real estate investors, the ones who buy whole neighborhoods and flip portfolios, were running proprietary analytics tools that scored every market, ranked every opportunity, and calculated the cost of every day on market. They had data scientists. They had live feeds. They had dashboards that told them exactly when to move and at what price.
The agents who actually know these markets, who've spent years building client relationships in Wellesley, in Hingham, in Marblehead, in the Back Bay, were operating with worse information than the institutions who'd never set foot in Massachusetts.
That gap always struck us as absurd. And wrong.
We built Realti Intel to close it.
Realti Intel takes live MLS data, via a direct MLS PIN integration through the Bridge API, and runs it through an intelligence layer that produces market scores, seasonal patterns, pricing anchors, and ranked opportunities. Every output is filtered to town and property type. Every calculation updates every 15 minutes.
We don't average data across counties. We don't syndicate feeds that are 48 hours old. We don't produce estimates based on national models that have never been calibrated to Wellesley's market or the Back Bay's micro-conditions.
We built a system that tells agents what the data means, not just what it is.
Every number you see in Realti Intel comes from one source: the live MLS, accessed directly via a MLS PIN integration through the Bridge API. There is no secondary syndication. There is no data warehouse with a 48-hour lag. There is no national model "adjusted for local conditions."
Our Live Inventory and Market Power Score algorithms sync every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a price reduction hits the MLS, it's reflected in your platform within 15 minutes. When a new listing drops, it's ranked in Market Opportunities within 15 minutes. When a property goes under contract, it leaves your active inventory within 15 minutes.
When you see a number in Realti Intel, you are seeing the exact data that MetroWest's top brokers see. Not a version of it. Not an approximation of it. The same data.
Realti Intel launched in MetroWest Massachusetts, Wellesley, Newton, Natick, Needham, Weston, Dover, and Westwood, because these are the markets where town-level precision matters most and where agents have the highest appetite for data-driven strategy.
We're expanding across Massachusetts in eight regions. Every new region opens based on waitlist demand, the towns with the most agents requesting coverage are the next to go live.
The best agents don't need more data. They need better intelligence. The difference between data and intelligence is a system that tells you what it means and what to do next.
